Moving products into WooCommerce from a supplier feed, a spreadsheet or another platform? Match the columns to WooCommerce's product fields and download a CSV its built-in importer reads, with prices cleaned and yes/no values turned into the 1s and 0s it expects.
How it works
Add your file and we match it to WooCommerce's columns: Type, SKU, Name, Published, descriptions, regular and sale price, categories, tags, images and stock. Only Name is required.
In WordPress, go to Products → All Products → Import, choose the file, and confirm the column mapping on the next screen.

How do categories work?
Separate several categories with commas and use > for subcategories, like "Pens > Fountain, Gifts". WooCommerce creates any that don't exist yet.
Is this an official WooCommerce tool?
No. It is an independent free tool that follows WooCommerce's published CSV import schema.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your file is read by your own browser and reshaped on your device.
