Get your contacts ready for HubSpot
Turn a contact list from a trade show, an old CRM or a spreadsheet into a file HubSpot imports cleanly. Columns are matched to HubSpot's properties, emails are tidied and checked, phone numbers get the +country format HubSpot recommends, and duplicate emails are removed.
How it works
Add your file and we match its columns to HubSpot's contact properties: Email, First name, Last name, Phone number, Mobile phone number, Company name, Job title, Website URL, address fields and Lifecycle stage. A single Name column is split into first and last.
In HubSpot, open Contacts and click Import (top right), choose this file, and check the column mapping HubSpot shows.

What does HubSpot require?
An Email for each contact. Rows without a valid email are listed so you can fix them, and duplicate emails are removed.
Is this an official HubSpot tool?
No. It is an independent free tool that follows HubSpot's published import guidelines. HubSpot shows a mapping and review step before anything is added.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your file is read by your own browser and reshaped on your device.
