Which tools can read the Parquet file?
Anything that reads standard Parquet, including DuckDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, pandas, Polars and Power BI.
How are column types chosen?
A column becomes numeric or boolean only if every non-blank value fits. Values with leading zeros keep the column as text.
Is it compressed?
Yes. Parquet stores data by column, which usually makes it a fraction of the size of the CSV.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion happens in your own browser. There is no server receiving your data, no account and no daily limit.
