Switch a CSV between commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes. Handy when Excel in Europe expects semicolons, or a system wants pipe-separated files. Quotes are handled properly, so commas inside values never break columns.

How it works

Questions
What happens to commas inside values?
Values that contain the separator, quotes or line breaks are wrapped in quotes, the standard CSV way, so every column stays intact.
